Jeff is a Clinical Professor and Director of the Human Resource Management program at the University of Texas at Dallas. In this role, Jeff is responsible for leading the education of the next generation of HR professionals in north Texas, as well as research, professional outreach, and consulting on HR topics. Previously, Jeff was the Global Leader for Talent Consulting in IBM’s SmarterWorkforce, leading that team in the development and implementation of systems for employee assessment, development, succession planning, and HR analytics. Prior to beginning a 20 year career in consulting, Jeff held several senior human resource management positions with Zales Corporation, Southland Corporation, and Greyhound Lines. Dr. Weekley received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas and Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Academy of Management, and a fellow of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Jeff has authored numerous articles in scholarly publications such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Human Performance, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and Journal of Management and is the coauthor of two books. His research has focused largely on talent acquisition issues, particularly in the realms of situational judgment testing, personality and values, interviewing, faking, and talent flows through organizations.
Zac is responsible for leading the technology strategy and the overall development of TAAD’s product roadmap. With nearly 20 years of software experience, Zac has spent most of that time working with organizations during early phases of startup and product launch. Most recently, Zac was architect and project owner for a SAAS online assessment system that delivered high volume candidate assessments with ATS integrations.
